How can you know when a new article appears on DogsleddingTheYukonQuest without having all day a look on the website? That's so easy with RSS (RDF Site Summary).
RSS give you the possibility to be all the time and confortable
informed about all the new articles. We will create an overview
with all the changed content on our website, or to be exact the
headlines with the links, in a file in the XML-format which you
can subscribe and read with an, so called, Newsreader. RSS-Newsreader
are configurable and you have the decision to which sources you
subscribe and how often the Newsreader has a look on the sites.
The Newsreader reads the subscribed Newsfeeds and informs you about
the new entries. If you are interested in a article you can click
on and read it in the browser.
How can I get such a nice RSS-Newsreader?
There are a lot of RSS-Newsreader out there please inform yourself. To get fast the first results I list the link to my prefered newsreader (freeware) below. Download and installation of the newsreader is at your own risk.
