Bonzo
I bought April 2008 from Linwood Fiedler, he is born 2003, an Iditarod Finisher. He was very shy at the beginning, so I did not send him to the glacier last year. But even at home he would not warm up to me for many month. That changed once the glacier dogs arrived after the summer season and he felt like the veteran at home. Luckily he eats everything in sight, so turning him loose he was easy to be bribed back with food. Now he has completely warmed up to me, sleeps right next to the bed. He has come a long way runs tours on the glacier this 2009 season. He runs with his buddy Beast, but while Beast trotts, Garbonzo lopes the whole way. He leads better for Rick than for me., sold
