I just had a chat with Sab and could get some more details about the race:
Blue Kennels had 5 Teams in the race not only 3 as I expected – here you find the Race results: Sheep Mountain 2008.
Sab hat to drop Bonzo and on the last Run he had Maggot and Happy in the sled – that’s why he lost 5 places on the final stretch.
Mark also had to drop a drog, Boss, but the other three arrived at the finish with all 12 dogs.
In the moment it’s cold in Paxson and tomorrow they have planned a run to McLaren Lodge.
Sebastian crossed the finish line in 7th position at 13:09 (23:09 MEZ), 39 minutes after the winner Jessica Hendricks. There were Allen Moore, Hans Gatt, Jon Little, Jeff King and Jason Mackey coming in before him.
Mark reached the finish at 16:53 (2:53 MEZ) in 34th postition.
I believe Ray also reached the finish in the meantime, but unfortunately the confirmation is still outstanding.
Raceresultats & Photos Sheep Mountain
Sebastian left Eureka together with Jon Little in third position, closely followed by Hans Gatt, and is now on the trail to the finish line – the winner is expected in Sheep Mountain between 12:00 and 1:00 (22:00-23:00 MEZ).
Mark and Ray also arrived in the meantime in Eureka – Mark can hit the trail again at 11:07 (21:07 MEZ) and Ray at 12:34 (22:34 MEZ)
Sebastian came in at 3:33 (13:33 MEZ) after his second stretch of 50 miles, so 100 miles (160 km) are done. He can leave Eureka for the final miles at 8:33 (18:33 MEZ) still in second position.
There is still everything possible as Jessica Hendricks in first position is only 14 minutes in front of him, but also he is foolowed by 6 mushers – Allen Moore (2 minutes behind), Jon Little (7 min), Hans Gatt (9 min), Jeff king (12 min), Judy Currier (20 min) and Jason Mackey (24 min).
Ray and Mark aren’t yet arrived back in Eureka (or the results aren’t updated).

The Sheep Mountain is a race over 150 miles (240 km) passing awesome landscapes.
